This brief video, Overview of Indicator 7, from the California Department of Education, Special Education Division, introduces the Office of Special Education Program's (OSEP) child outcomes indicators and the state and local reports of results available through DR Access Outcomes.

Learn how child outcomes data are converted to the national data reported by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). This video was produced by the DaSy Center, a national technical assistance center that works with states to support IDEA early intervention and early childhood special education state programs in building high quality data systems and using data to improve results for young children with disabilities and their families.

This guidance document provides step-by-step instructions for accessing Indicator 7 child outcome results through DR Access Outcomes. This user’s manual includes instructions for accessing results at the state, SELPA, and local levels.
